Meet Nana.

Nana, photographer behind O2Lens

My relationship with photography began while I was at university, shooting friends on borrowed equipment because I couldn't afford my own. What started as curiosity turned into a way of seeing — I noticed I was drawn to the moments between poses, the unguarded second before someone remembers the camera is there.

Years later, that instinct is still what shapes every O2Lens session. I work mostly in natural or softly directed light, with minimal posing and a lot of patience, because the best portraits usually happen when people stop performing and start existing.

O2Lens is based in Northampton and works across portrait, maternity and graduation photography, alongside a personal travel photography practice that feeds back into how I see people and place.

A few things I hold onto in every session.

01

Unhurried

No session is rushed. Time to settle in matters more than a packed shot list.

02

Honest

Light editing, real expressions. The goal is a photograph you recognise as you.

03

Considered

Every gallery is curated, not dumped. You get the images worth keeping.

What to expect.

A quick look at how sessions are run day to day, so there are no surprises before you book.

  • Consultation first — every booking starts with a short call or message to talk through vision, styling and location.
  • Natural light preferred — outdoor and window-lit sessions are the default; studio setups available on request.
  • Turnaround — edited galleries are typically delivered within 10–14 days.
  • Delivery — a private online gallery with full-resolution downloads, no watermarks.
